Miami Exotics Scene

There are a few dealerships that I’ve constantly checked inventory on that I had the opportunity to visit in person today:

– Formula 1
(Closed thru Jan 6th – but the security guy let us checkout the outdoor inventory)

 

– The Collection
Probably the sickest “combo” dealer I’ve been to – Ferrari/Maserati/Porsche/Audi
Awesome design & waiting area, some nice cars. Checkout the sticker on each car below – pretty clever.


– Prestige aka Lamborghini Miami
Insane inventory of LP560’s / LP640’s / Gallardo’s. The infamous Sharpie Gallardo was on site also. 

Some really impressive cars out here, which says a lot since I sincerely see nice cars a lot in OC, but Miami is hittin’ hard.

Whoa

Can’t believe how cheap gas is (super too!)…woo hoo! Makes a big diff. As both cars in our household are V-8’s. Might as well enjoy it while it lasts!

Tire Totes…

Although things have been hectic lately, I had the chance to cleanup the garage a bit this past weekend and put one of my bday gifts to use – Tire Rack Tire Totes! It may seem a bit obsessive, but considering the amount of rims I’ve replaced on different cars and the many times a spare set sits in my garage, these are totally worth it. No more wrapping them in garbage bags! 🙂 Keeps the garage looking nice and neat.

American Auto Manufacturers.

Here’s some free consulting for you…Obama, holla at your boy.

Here’s what I would push:

GM owns:
Buick – Dump / Good move not resigning Tiger, it’s not like I’d buy a Lacrosee because of him

Cadillac – Focus on the movers / Escalade and CTS, everything else goes.

Chevrolet – Focus on upcoming Volt/Cobalt and Vette, everything else – gone.

Hummer – Sell to Tata 

Oldsmobile – DUMP. I can’t remember the last time I saw an oldsmobile dealer.

Pontiac – Dump. I don’t care about the next “G” anything. Buh Bye.

Saab – designed by jet engineers…whatever, sell to Tata as well.

Saturn – ALL IN. I think Saturn has the most opportunity for growth and the brand has a decent following…

Curbage.

Spent the day with the boys, donated canned food, gave some money to this dude on the street that looked hungry…curbed my right rear wheel on the way home. UGH. Oh well, still thankful for family and friends this week. 🙂

Viva Las Vegas / SEMA

My lack of posts have been purely the result of me actually being busy! LOL. Finally back in the swing of things after a week or so off and some travel (From LV to San Fran)…I’ll start with SEMA/LV.

Stayed at The Signature again, great hotel that works for me since I’m not a huge smoker or gambler. Some pics for B since he might stay there w/his fam next time he’s in town:
